Conclusion

In conclusion, mental health conditions can affect any work setting regardless of whether it is a traditional office setting or a remote setting. I have learned that other factors contribute to mental health conditions such as stress levels, sleep quality and job roles satisfactions.

Managers could use my analysis to help identify which job positions in their organization could be at high risk to develop a mental health condition. They should reach out to their onsite and remote workers periodically to ensure they are having a good mental health day. Most importantly, managers should remind all employees that there are resources available to help identify and manage mental health conditions.

Since remote settings may be new to the workplace, I think more data will need to be quantified to increase the power of the analyses of mental health conditions in the workplace.
